How it works
The install is the easy part. What decides whether sod takes is what happens underneath it, so we strip the old turf completely, correct the grade so water does not pond, and prep the soil before a single pallet is cut. Grass selection is matched to the actual yard, since St. Augustine in deep shade will thin out no matter who installs it. The first three weeks of watering decide the next ten years, so you get a schedule and we follow up.
